This heavy-duty 200W Synchronous Buck Converter is designed for high-efficiency voltage reduction in automotive, solar, and industrial applications. Encased in a rugged aluminum shell, this module offers superior heat dissipation and physical protection compared to standard bare-board converters.

Using synchronous rectification technology, it delivers ultra-high efficiency (up to 94%) with minimal heat generation. It accepts a wide input voltage range (8V–60V) and steps it down to a user-adjustable output (1V–36V). It is capable of handling 10A continuous current (natural cooling) and up to 15A peak current (with added cooling), making it ideal for driving high-power LEDs, charging batteries, or powering 12V/24V devices from 48V telecom or e-bike batteries.

⚠️ Important Usage Note:

  • Potentiometer Adjustment: The small brass screw on the blue component adjusts the voltage. Turn Clockwise to increase voltage, Counter-Clockwise to decrease.

  • Heat Management: For loads above 100W or 10A, please add an external cooling fan to prevent overheating.
