V wheel 3d printer POM for Aluminium profile. The wheel is made up of delrin which is a type of POM.
V wheel available with different types of bearing, Materials are are used in high-performance engineering components such as small gear wheels, eyeglass frames, ball bearings, ski bindings, fasteners, guns, knife handles, and lock systems.
Further, it has several purposes for different applications. Major applications are as follows: 3D Printers structure uses v slot profile so the normal nuts will get loosen due to vibration and friction, apparently the lock nut holds the wheel tightly.
